
Sue Leuser
Senior Vice PresidentSue Leuser has been a member of the Ombudsman team since 1999. She has held several management positions at Ombudsman, including director, regional manager and assistant director of center operations. In 2008, Sue was promoted to vice president of center operations, with responsibility for providing leadership, quality assurance, managerial and administrative support to all regions and centers. In 2020, Sue was promoted again to Senior Vice President.
Sue also leads the accreditation process for Ombudsman learning centers. She earned a bachelor’s degree in education from the Pennsylvania State University and holds a certificate as a school improvement specialist.

Dr. Richard Glass
Regional Vice PresidentDr. Richard Glass is the Regional Vice President for the Chicago programs. Dr. Glass is an experienced school leader with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. He is skilled in Lesson Planning, Educational Technology, Professional Learning Communities, Training, and Adult Education. Strong business development professional with a Master of Education focused in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Audry Peden-Blinstrup
Academic and Operations Senior AdvisorDr. Audry Blinstrup has served in various roles in education for 30 years. She has been a Student Recruiter and Financial Aid Officer for Career Schools, Educator and School Manager for Pivot Point International, Senior Class Team Lead and Senior English lead Teacher in traditional college prep high schools, Assistant Principal and Principal of Ombudsman Chicago South, and Regional Vice President for Ombudsman Chicago. In addition to her secondary school responsibilities, Dr. Blinstrup works as an Adjunct College Professor for several universities. She currently teaches English Literature and English Composition courses for local Chicago universities, and teaches seminar courses for student teachers as well as supervise their classroom practice through on-site evaluations.
Dr. Blinstrup holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, a Master of Arts in English Literature, Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, a Building-level Principal Certification, and an Illinois Teaching Certification in Middle and Secondary Education. In addition, Dr. Blinstrup served her country from 1985 – 1988 in the United States Air Force as a Ground Radio Operator.
In her role as Ombudsman Chicago Academic and Operations Senior Advisor, Dr. Blinstrup is responsible for providing leadership and accountability supports to the SVP and RVP of Ombudsman Chicago. Dr. Blinstrup excels in mentoring staff in their various roles through growth and development meetings, professional development classes, and by modeling her expectations.

James Kendall
Coordinator of ComplianceJames Kendall, Coordinator of Compliance, is a proven educator with nearly 25 years of experience. He is committed to student growth, development, and academic excellence for all students. James has worked with students in grades K-12 and focuses on top academic performance and high standards of operation. James has demonstrated success in development of key support services and instructional programs focused on academic improvement, strategic reform and student achievement.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in elementary Education with a minor in Reading from Ball State University, and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Governors State University with certifications in Education, Administration and Reading Recovery.
