Ombudsman Chicago Northwest is located at 7500 N. Harlem Ave., on the northwest corner of Harlem Ave. and Birchwood Ave. We have three sessions each day: 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., 12 noon to 4 p.m., and 4:10 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. We make it a priority to welcome and embrace all students, and we’re always looking for new members to join our family.
